Our standard product development packages include two revisions for each garment—an initial fitting of the prototypes and a second with the final sample. We're open to a third fitting if necessary and include up to two rounds of pattern revisions. This approach ensures we capture your vision while maintaining efficient progress. Additional revisions can be arranged at an hourly rate, which we'll discuss as needed.

Yes, we understand that fashion often moves quickly! Rush services are available for an additional fee, depending on our current production schedule and the complexity of your project. Please mention any tight deadlines during your initial consultation so we can assess feasibility and provide appropriate options.

As a studio focused on emerging designers, we don't have production minimums, but orders under 12 pieces are considered samples, and pricing will be adjusted as a percentage of the sample price (pre-order).
For custom-fitted garments: No minimum
For small batch production: Typically 10-25 pieces per style
For medium-scale production: Usually 25-100 pieces per style

50% deposit to initiate the project and secure materials
25% upon approval of the final sample/prototype
25% before shipping the final production items
For larger productions or ongoing relationships, we can negotiate customized payment terms.

Yes. If you need to cancel a project after work has begun:
No cancellations are permitted before pattern completion
No cancellations are permitted after pattern completion
Cancellation before sampling will only result in a refund of the sample value

Yes! For brands requiring consistent development or production support, we offer flexible monthly installment packages that provide priority scheduling and preferential rates. These packages are ideal for brands launching seasonal collections or expanding their product lines. The entire project must be paid in full to receive samples and production, subject to the type of product.

This service is exclusively available to clients who have paid for Product Development in their invoices or those who order production; fabrics and supplies will have an additional value on your invoice. With our location in Manhattan's Garment District, we have established relationships with quality suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories. We can source materials based on your specifications or recommend appropriate materials for your designs.

Absolutely! Many of our clients prefer to source their own materials or work with specific suppliers. We're happy to work with client-provided materials, though we recommend having them approved by our team to ensure they're suitable for your intended design and construction methods.

As a boutique studio, you'll be assigned an account manager for your project, but everything will be overseen by general management and the involved team who personally supervise all projects. This direct access to our founder ensures your vision is clearly understood and executed with the highest level of expertise.

Yes, reviewing and approving samples is a critical part of our process. For local clients, we schedule in-studio fittings to evaluate samples in person. For remote clients, we can arrange video consultations and ship samples for review. Production never begins until you've approved the final sample.
