Requirements to contract Fashion Solutions NY

Hello! We welcome you to our company and are very happy to have you as a customer!

We have prepared this document of commitments and obligations to facilitate a good relationship with our company.

You must accept the Budget to generate the final invoice for your project.

1. Provide business or personal address

2. Confirm your phone number so that it is easier to contact you. 

3. You make the prototype of the designs to have a better result of the process. No alterations are made to the prototypes. To make changes, it is necessary to make a new prototype or reflect it in the Sample.

4. All new samples and prototypes must be paid for by the customer.

5. The cost of the samples does not include fabric or accessories.

6. No changes are made to the samples, a new sample is necessary to make the changes that the client requires. 

7. Inform our payment department or your project manager at billing@fashionsolutionsnyc.com about the payment system you are going to use and in this way adjust your final invoice.

8. Payment of the invoice: 50% of the invoice when the budget is approved, 25% when the pattern or prototype is ready as appropriate, and 25% subtracted when the final sample is ready. For the production, 75% of the total cost of the production must be paid before starting and the remaining 25% as soon as the production is finished. The completion date of the pattern, prototype, or sample is considered when the photo or proof is sent to the client of its elaboration and not when the client collects it or it is sent to him by mail)

9. To receive the prototype you must have paid 75% of the invoice.

10. Fashion Solutions NYC is NOT responsible for excess fabric or accessories, labels, and others that are inside the workshop after finishing your project.

11. Fabrics and ornaments that are in the Fashion Solutions NYC facilities for more than a month without a pending project will have a monthly cost of $ 100.
