  • Consulting and advisory services

All services are provided based on the information supplied by the client and are subject to project-specific agreements, invoices, and timelines.

2. Consultations & Appointments

All consultations, whether virtual or in-person, must be scheduled in advance. Missed appointments or late arrivals may result in cancellation or rescheduling at our discretion.

Consultations are intended for evaluation and guidance only and do not constitute the start of a project unless confirmed through an invoice and payment.

3. Payments & Fees

  • All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • A deposit or full payment is required before any work begins, as specified in your invoice.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will be billed separately.

Fashion Solutions NYC reserves the right to pause or terminate a project if payment terms are not met.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of fashion development services, all payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Development fees

  • Sampling fees

  • Pattern-making fees

  • Production-related costs

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding designs, measurements, references, and materials.

  • Respond in a timely manner to approvals, questions, and requests.

  • Review all deliverables carefully before approving the next stage of production.

Delays caused by lack of communication or missing information may affect timelines and delivery dates.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All original designs, patterns, samples, and technical materials created by Fashion Solutions NYC remain the intellectual property of the client once full payment is completed.

  • Fashion Solutions NYC reserves the right to display non-confidential work for portfolio, marketing, and educational purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

7. Production Disclaimer

Fashion Solutions NYC does not guarantee exact color matching, fabric availability, or identical reproduction across production runs due to industry-standard variations in materials, dye lots, and manufacturing processes.

Minor variations are considered normal and acceptable within professional apparel production standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fashion Solutions NYC shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

  • Manufacturing errors caused by third-party vendors

  • Delays due to suppliers, shipping carriers, or force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

10. Confidentiality

All client information shared with Fashion Solutions NYC will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the agreed services, unless disclosure is required by law.
